Youth Hopes & Dreams
In 2012 we plan to hold our third Youth Hopes and Dreams arts extravaganza. The first was held in the spring/summer of 2010. It is an opportunity for young people to showcase their talents in art, drama, film-making, sculpture, music, the written word and many other means of expression. It has been an outstanding success with huge numbers submitting entries to exhibitions held at St John's House. Additionally there have been many workshops for young people to take part in covering, music, dance, drama, stage combat and art. This has been followed up with workshops in many schools across the area.
We are currently looking for sponsorship for Youth Hopes and Dreams 2012 either for one element of the festival or for the whole event.
